I have an advantage over bigger lenders and mortgage brokers. I process my own loans which saves my clients somewhere between $800.0 to $1200.0 on closing costs. This also helps with communication between myself and my client. When a borrower with a big company asks their loan officer a question about how the process is going, they have to say hold on for half a day or entire day because the loan officer has to ask the loan processor what is going on.
